Spring Mini-Update!

Hello, Friends! We realize we are not very good at updating this blog, which also serves as our main website. The pages you find here are accurate, though, despite infrequent blog posts on this front page. πŸ™‚ So if you are visiting us for the first time, be assured that we are still active and farming and the information provided in our menu is relevant, albeit limited as we do not list everything we do and every product we carry. We are best reached by e-mail or Instagram message if you have any questions, but please keep in mind that we are a two person operation.

This is an extra busy time of year as we are in the process of prepping ground and planting starts! We still have lots of pollen-filled grass and ragweed to mow down, ground to till, and irrigation to hook up. Look for produce at the market starting late July. We truly farm with the seasons, preferring not to get our tractors stuck in the wet clay mud in early spring or extend our season and crop offerings with expensive tunnels and greenhouses. Thus, the later fresh veg. arrival at markets. However, you can get our homegrown and milled bread, pastries, flours, cereals, etc. year round at the farmers’ markets. Along with our other well-known farm kitchen offerings, of course. We will try to post again soon with more details & pictures of our season progression!
